Integr8 Structural SR2

Integr8 structural lintel shutters bring together a load-bearing lintel, concealed security shutter and integrated side guides in a single coordinated system. This enables physical security to be incorporated into the design of a new-build project from the outset, without detracting from the building’s architectural aesthetics.

Unlike traditional roller shutters, which typically feature an externally visible headbox and guide profiles, Integr8 built-in roller shutters are installed within the load-bearing lintel of the opening and integrated into the building during construction.

Manufactured using extruded aluminium, the lintel shutter system is recessed into the cavity of the external wall and includes a closer, creating a clean and visually appealing finish.

Integr8 Structural Built-In Shutters are designed for new-build applications and are not suitable for retrofit or refurbishment projects.

The Integr8 SR2 is an independently tested and certified product, achieving LPS 1175 Issue 7 SR2 certification from the LPCB. It is also recognised by Secured by Design as a police preferred specification.

Typical applications include commercial and community buildings healthcare hubs and education facilities.
