The Integr8 structural lintel shutter system combines a load-bearing lintel with a concealed security shutter and integrated side guides, creating a fully coordinated solution that allows physical security to be incorporated into new-build architecture without affecting the overall appearance.

Rather than using a conventional roller shutter with an exposed external headbox and guide profiles, Integr8 built-in roller shutters are concealed within the aperture’s load-bearing lintel and installed as an integral part of the construction process.

The system is manufactured from extruded aluminium and recessed into the external wall cavity, incorporating a closer to provide a streamlined and aesthetically pleasing architectural finish.

Integr8 Structural Built-In Shutters are intended specifically for new construction and are not suitable for retrofit installations or refurbishment projects.

Typical applications include commercial and community facilities, healthcare buildings and education sites.
